Lamb milky scour

I have a ewe lambs lamb born on Thursday, it’s got a very orange sticky type of sh1te. More so than usually see. So assuming it’s to much milk. Iv gave some spectam but is there anything else can try? Lamb is quite small and on the delicate side to start with

Too much milk?
All lambs in their first week should have more milk than they want.
Has the ewes diet changed?

We fed nuts for a few years and then went back to our own bruised barley mix and I'd say the lambs are more sh1tty on our own mix, but it doesn't bother me.
I put it down to milk protein from the cereals

Diet still the same. My guess be lambs sickened itself on milk. Was born a twin but the other lamb died as was complicated birth. Was getting just under a kilo off 18% meal blend. Have gave her less today to see if it helped slow lamb down
