How old is the lamb? Is it a lambing injury or a field injury? Or just born deformed?Have a young lamb with a shoulder out of place, has anyone seen this before? Bringing him to the vet tomorrow.
A peert little ewe, there.
Starting to get there with home bred ewes.
Went through the Feb born lambs yesterday and did a preliminary pick of both ewe lambs and rams.
Got pure Lleyn ram lambs doing 450gr DLWG and even ewe lambs pushing that of just perm grass.
Will be drawing char cross lambs next week. Top 15% of those doing over 500gr a day.
Nice to have grass unlike last year!
Has the one on the right sucked...Lambing 2019 part two kicked of today with the second batch of ewe lambs. Only a small number but first one dropped her lambs over night with out any help.
Great little mum as she followed her lambs like glue when I moved them onto fresh grass.
Very pleased when home bred ewe lambs do what I want them too.
Hopefully the rest do as well.

I had a blind lamb that made it to slaughter, he used to stick to the mother until he was weaned and then stayed with his sibling.Had a lamb born last night that's blind in both eyes, he's found the teat, will he be ok or should I put him down?
