I think he means a trailer for a truck and then space to put bike on aswell. If I'm right you would be better with a flat trailer with a lift on off pen

Bit like attached but need longer trailer

Still can't get your bike and a ewe on board behind your truck

Tricky thing to get a balance but a light tandem axle with a front pair of travelling skids for the quad might work (at 90 degree like you see the horsebox drawbar extensions for carriages), if the quad is towing the trailer with a ewe in it, the imposed load wouldn't be too bad
