My vet charges around €10 per sample.
If your lambs are on reasonable grass I would start them on around 250 - 300g per head.

Always wary of feeding Blend to ram lambs, fussy ones could be sorting through and not getting the mineralised part. Have they ammonia chloride in for the waterworks?

0.25-0.5kg meal and good grass should get them motoring

If mealing, I was told by a nutritionalist to feed them last thing in the evening. That way they'll eat the normal amount of grass each day and the meal in top. Otherwise they'll just substitute grass for meal if fed early in day and won't thrive as good and just lay around all day.

Do you have a mole valley? Seriously Will, its like 8 quid for a test, test the lambs on one day, then worm them, then test them 7 days later. For £16 quid you've found out -

- What if any worms the lambs had before.
- If the drench is effective.

Thats pretty cheap in my eyes.
Anyone know which types of worms the MVF test reports on? Their website doesn't specify.

Does it include fluke?
TIA
