Haven't used white one for few years at this time. When go to get first lamb dose was told last few years to use clear oramec ? And they said best use white one this time. But after past experiences with the vets I'm not convinced any more

Lambs seem to be shapely enough and clean but just aren't getting any bigger. Was same last year. Grew at start but then come this time year just stopped and never gained again

White dose perfect if for neomatduis and if dosed in that window , if been sold noramectin for that dose something's seriously wrong , your only leading to further reisistance issues down the road

To me lambs look good in both sets of pictures, wrinkles under necks I always took as lambs thriving, first pics of lambs at hone look different breed to those on rented ground ?

Friend had issues with big fluke outbreak took that season to recover and milked poorly that yr

What's grass situation like at home farm Will ?

The couple lambs at other place in pic are texel and home ones looks like meatlinc. That Rams no longer here to. Grass is nearly to far ahead of sheep at min. Have about 130 sheep roughly at home at min if that, on 35 acres or so. No fiekds home closed for silage yet but will close big field up once sheep have it ate. Usually wean in s months time to. For years had 40-50 lambs sold out of 250 roughly sold by weaning

Had tup lambs in last week as a few with scald, mud fat. Back in today and a couple with slightly creamy coloured sh!t. They had all lost a bit of fettle, still fit, not fat! Got their second dose (this time levaside). Could the sh!t just have been from grass, and milk? It smelt milky but the fact they were a tad leaner was weird. Weathers been sh!t but loads of grass.

When I had a couple that did this, they were the ones I found cocci in. Might be worth checking.

Hello again, got fec counts done on lambs 3 weeks ago and only just got the results back today. Took samples in batches but vets just told me that they scored 1.2, 1.4,2.2 and 2.4 for worms and nemo and to use cydectin and wouldn't wait for me to ask do I need to progress wth bloods or just dose. Don't know what batches the scores are for to see if there's a connection to ground or anything. To take 3 weeks really to get results and still feel was waste time

If they didn't test them until now, the worms would have hatched and be gone.

I'm not sure what those counts mean, as it's normally done in hundreds and thousands....

Did you name the samples? If so they should be able to tell you which is which, if not that's really sh!t of them.

Yeah I named the bottles for each batch as the office lady told me to do. He said it all so quick on phone and just told me to use cydectin

Might be no harm to check your scales as mine was weighing lighter than it should compared to the mart scales. I put 2 20kg sheep mineral buckets into the scales and was only getting 36kg

Checked scales with lick buckets before i start each time. I give my email for thek to email me the results. Have only 2 vet practices relatively close to me and other is half hour away or more. Going give cydectin and a vitamin dose, planned to get bloods done to but not sure if there's any point now
