LAMMA 2019 - NEC - 8th and 9th Jan

A couple of questions, first up what time does it open this year, which leads on to second question, does anyone have any knowledge of the area to know where to get a decent breakfast?
Allways used to get there early for breakfast and had some good breakfasts at Newark, less so at Peterborough. It will probably be possible to get food at NEC but at what time and wether it will be worth it is another matter, could do with finding a cafe on an industrial estate or similar near by for a proper breakfast.

Have a bit of Selfie fun with McCormick at the LAMMA show!

Could you picture yourself behind the wheel of a 310hp McCormick X8 VT-Drive tractor?

Well you can - quite literally - with the Selfie Booth on our stand in Hall 8 at the LAMMA Show.

It's been a really popular feature at Agritechnica and the EIMA show in Italy, so stop by and give it a go - on your own or with mates.

Choose the background, pose for a shot; we'll publish the best ones on our Facebook page - McCormickAgriUK - so you can Share them with friends, family and work colleagues.

There's a lot of serious stuff going on at LAMMA 2019 - but on the McCormick stand there'll be a lot of fun stuff too!

See you there....!!

There is food in the atrium at the NEC (ie outside the halls). Show opens at 08:30 from the exhibitor information I have.

In terms of where to have breakfast. Becketts Farm is just of Junction 3 of M42 heading towards Birmingham. Thanks about 10 miles away and on the route for many coming from the West. But it really depends where you are coming from. Lincoln Farm Truck Stop is probably the closest "proper" cafe and is just over the other side of the M42, maybe 2 miles from the NEC.

WE'RE AT THE NEC
We’re attending LAMMA ‘19 at the NEC in Birmingham on the 8th and 9th of January.

If you have a need for a British fertilizer, a member of staff will be waiting to answer any questions you may have, we’d love to see you at stand 648 in Hall 17 next door to Pirelli.

At our custom-built stand, we have a selection of our 100% British fertilizers ready for you to sample and with over 40 years’ experience, we’re the BEST at what we do!

Our aim is to make sure that everyone gets just the right fertilizer for them. From Tigerphos that is naturally high in phosphate to TigerK derived from straw fired biomass power stations, the range is suitable for ALL kinds of arable crops and grassland in every season.

While we are on question's out of interest and may sound silly as indoors [emoji849] but how warm is the nec? Never been and bringing the lad and dont want the better half moaning if he gets a cold. Worth a coat or be ok with just a jumper?

Surely they've got plenty of shooting / skiing gear?!!
Trouble is, an outside show I can handle, I just dress accordingly, and an inside show no bother either, I’d expect it to be comfortably warm, but when it’s a mixture of both I’ve either got to roast while inside or get bombarded by the elements when outside, a mixture of both is the worst of all worlds.
