Once every 5 years at a minimum.....i.e. 20% of the farm each year.

Personally I'd much rather have it sampled more often. I'd tend to do it all in one lump though rather than a bit each year, though I can see the benefit to doing a bit each year, both from a money, time and "keeping current" perspective.

Just nipping in to report the BBQ meat box went down very well. No actual BBQ, unfortunately, but the contents have been cooked and enjoyed in meals since it arrived.

Delivery was within the timeslot kindly notified. Everything was well packed and presented, and very well chilled.

Good butcher's products, with provenance.
