Land rental agreements

Evening,

I currently rent some grass land from a neighbour, have been renting it for some years now on an informal agreement. I currently use the land for baling haylage in the summer, and grazing in the winter. I provide the fertiliser for it and have access to running water.

They now want to have a formal agreement in written form of a contract or similar. I'm just wondering am I able to create an agreement myself? Or do I need to have it done by a professional-I've never done something like this before so any help appreciated.

If so, what are the things I need to include?
I know the agreement will need to have size of field, agreed rental price, how rent is paid, intended use of land, water access and access to get to land
I'm also thinking I'll need to state that I provide the fertiliser. I'll also be able to claim the subsidy for it.
Am I missing anything?

Cheers!
