I hate doing this but with valuations so varied what would a farmer spec 07 2.2 Defender 90 truck cab be worth 94k miles plenty small dents and scratches good chassis and bulkhead. Well serviced and mechanically looked after recent clutch and bushes. Was planning tidying it up paint the wheels new bumper or just sell as is.

Give it a good clean ,show its mechanical history ,
you will be pleasantly surprised.

I've got a 13plate looking to sell soon but with alloy wheels ,
been a good truck but time for something more comfortable.

No wonder old ones are going up and getting good money. £10k for an 07 doesn’t seem enough in comparison.

Just saw this on Facebook. Can you really spec a new defender 90 to £83k

Do the planned tidying and keep it- plenty of life left in it.
Because what ever you buy to replace it -will depreciate far quicker.
In five years time the replacement will be worth half it's purchase price or less, the Defender will have lost very little.

I have a 64 plate defender. It’s metallic grey, dad had ordered blue but they had run out of blue paint. The dealer phoned up, Mrs Bg answered and between them they decided dad would prefer grey to red, the only options.

I have never really liked land rovers however dad lost his licence because of his dementia, I sort of gained the Land Rover and have become quite attached to it. I’ve been offered more than we paid for it. I think I am just going to keep it tidy, ban the staff from it and keep it going.

Does anyone know somebody who could make a nice gun/ shooting drawer setup for the back?
