I'm Looking for scrubland/woodland/ ridge and furrow/ wasteland, natural hill side or unwanted land for motocross use.
Preferable in a remote area with no houses nearby.

Natural hilly land is preferred,
It's extremely difficult to get hold of recreational land or a farmer for this kind of use, so I'd appreciate any help given. Point me in the right directions.
Monthly payments by the book or in hand, correct insurance to cover land will also be provided
