Ideally the land would need to be suitable for planning.

Budget is between 10-15k
Hi
Agricultural land is worth about that an acre.
as a rule the smaller the patch , the bigger the price
Small patches of land can sell for £50 per square meter ( I sold some in Co Durham)
Location was adjacent to someone’s home and wanted more space….

what your looking for would probably cost £80k plus

Land for one house with or chance of getting planning about £150k, that’s why we are all amused by your enquiry!
Its great how people get amused by someone asking a question, I asked a simple question not to be dictated about. I was hoping maybe someone on here might be a little considerate and try to help me with my query (clearly not)

Underpriced I think.
Only a guide price get 2 idiots I mean potential purchasers and it could end up more. Also I would say where it is would be very unlikely to get any planning also not sure what access it has. We just purchased 36acres for that guide including entitlements last summer.
Lovely neighbour too
