Me and my family are looking to move to rural Devon or Cornwall. we are looking for between 10-25 acers so that we can establish a smallholding. Ideally we would like to build 3 separate houses on the land for all the family but I am aware this can be very difficult so we would also be interested in a 4 bed property with the land that maybe at a later date we could look at getting planning for 3 eco houses. we do have a fairly tight budget so if anyone has and land with out building or just land please don't hesitate to get in touch. Were not to concerned were or what state the land is in but we don't want it to be to hilly or to far away from a small village or something. Were looking to move here as a family and stay long term were not in it to develop houses and make money and move this is to our forever home.
