Landlord dilapidation's

As undoubtably many AHA tenants have had issues with the landlord serving notice via tenants dilapidation's I am just seeing if there's been cases of the tenant serving notice etc on the landlord in cases of severe dilapidation's.

Have for someone close by who is having issues which are beginning to impact on his business all because of the landlord. He is using an agent but it's hard work , the next step is litigation.

Is there any reference's via litigation-court proceedings ?

Wanted to find something for interests sake.

@Surgery, I am not sure what you are referring to. Are you talking about your landlord not carrying out repairs for which the tenancy agreement holds him responsible?

Dilapidations come into play at the end of a tenancy, and refer to the deficiency of the tenant in not carrying out repairs for which he is responsible. The value of dilapidations is offset against the value of the tenant's improvements and tenant right (the value of unexpired fertilisers in the soil etc.)

Yes the landlord has let the buildings go too pot , several were damaged in strong winds two years ago and not been replaced
