Landlord is selling up, any advice on possible investors to buy them out?

They'll be putting it on the market later this summer, Scottish Highlands, 17th century castle with walled garden, wooded driveway and lodge house. Farm has two houses and sufficient buildings and infrastructure to run 120 suckers, there's 350ac of good ground that's in rotation between grass and crop, 450ac of hill suitable for sheep. Farms valued at 1.5m, not sure on the Castle yet, can see it being a similar price as the farm.

Ideally looking to make contact with long term investor, farm value has risen 300% since early nineties so It's a good opportunity for anyone looking to avoid tax or improve carbon foot print of other business interests.

I don't understand why you wouldn't try and buy it yourself? A investor isn't going to need your advice to buy a farm?

If I could buy it I wouldn't be consulting the forum, also I'm not the castle type, more a Robinhood character. I'm trying to steer it so I don't get the boot when a new owner arrives and decides they've watched this farming life and they're going to give it a go themselves!
