It’s just a question of reasonable or unreasonable but at end of relationships such things get obscured. Good manners would be by giving notice of intended sale then an individual viewing with 7 days prior notice to tenant but legally and considering any viewer is prospectively someone you are going to have a future relationship with best to bend over backwards to cooperate with initially.
