Landlords and subsidy changes.

Has anyone heard from landlords or agents on how they are going to deal with the subsidy reductions and changes?
I can't see many being happy with their fields getting planted with trees and a vast reduction in rent as changes progress.

If I've read it correctly under the changes you no longer have to be an active farmer to claim , just own land

Rent is due what ever means you get to fund it possibly?
