We put a marsland under ours last winter, mainly due to britparts having one in stock as there were long lead times dealing directly. No problems with the chassis though.
Also painted it with 2 pack epoxy primer and topcoat then blasted all the rest of the running gear serviced and painted.

Paint ontop of galv ? Or in galved ?

Marsland are the best i’m told by some margin by a man that changes dozens every year

i would raptor coat on top of the galv personally as well

Obviously noone would ever dream of doing such a thing, but has anyone cut out the old chassis number and welded it into a replacement Galv one thn painted it etc, as I am led to believe they're not stamped?
