Another bunch of crooks leaving creditors out of pocket while they line their own pockets.

Nothing new in the UK either...here in France we had France Eoliennes (€20 million hole in the accounts) plus Windeo, Ecolia, Wind-electric and Weole, the latter who took Jacques Touquet for a ride and he lost Eoltec (Scirocco wind turbines)

In that game the directors usually own other separate companies that own turbines. The main company goes bust with massive debts but the directors keep their turbines. Should be illegal.

Filed as liquidated yesterday. The Husband and wife controlling Directors each resigned before hand to protect their respective personal credit ratings. They changed the name of the Company, changed the registered address to the Liquidators office about two weeks ago at Castle Donnington, took out a charge in June , then set up a new company Larkenergy Group Ltd (presumably thinking no one would notice).
