Leaving school

My 2 oldest sons are 15 and 16. They work on a dairy farm evenings, weekends and school holidays but on the books. they won't pay tax until they earn over £10500 i believe. they are on £4 a hour and £25 for a 3 hour milking. Oldest is just about to do his electricians course and has a apprenticeship to be milking machine engineer and one day perhaps robots. Other loves cows and showing so i think he will stay on where they work now.
Well done for getting out there and earning a few quid.
My 2 sons put the useless boneidle c@#t next door to shame last week with the work they did, and money they earned.

That's extremely low wages. If your lads are being left to do jobs on their own, then they are clearly capable and trust worthy so should be on at the very least double those wages.
