Can you get a decent led bulb to replace your ordinary h4.
I have in the past tried china's finest, but found them to be useless. That was quite a few years ago and wondering has the tec moved on?.

You can to a point. Led bulbs work best in “projector” type lenses. Very few tractors use this type. You will often find they are brighter but the light pattern is terrible. I have LED in my cornering lights on my car. They are normal lenses and better. They were expensive £60 per pair. But no issues and great quality. You get what you pay for.
saw some the other day that were £100 but offered money back if not happy. At that price it’s easier to change while light.

Thank you. That is what I found years ago when I tried the cheap led bulbs in the h4 lights.
The machine has led work lights, but the main headlights look so poor/yellow in comparison, even with local motorfactors recommended nightbreaker h4's.

in my experience LED conversion bulbs are a waste of time and money. Normal light unit lenses are just not designed for them so they dont throw the light out.
