Looking to get some new work lights for the tractor. With so many different wattages for the led lights, which would be recommended. Is low wattage lights adequate for the job or should I be looking for something higher?.

I've got the factory fitted ones on the JCB. They are horrible. Although bright, it's very shadowy and a horrible sort of shade. Standard halogens far better, I won't bother again.

I've now got N4402 on tractor, loadall and very soon digger. They are an amazingly good quality light, from all respects including light and beam quality and construction of the unit itself. You only have to pick one up to tell is seriously well made. They are better quality than an OEM fit Hella LED unit and have an integrated 2-pin Deutsch connector for sealing against the weather and power washing. Lenses can be swapped and rotated. They are fully gasketed and sealed.

Finally Graham is a delight to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. Proper customer service.

If you want cheap eBay tat look elsewhere though because this isn't it.

Just had some Nordic from G.Smith. Easy man to deal with.
Really are so much better light than Hella halogens previously fitted (which were in turn better than old JD worklights), in terms of brightness and spread, and half the power requirement.
I was fairly easily persuaded that Made in Finland will be a superior product to Made in PRC.

Dont get me wrong the ebay ones do the job ive tried plenty & there relativity cheap.
But they cause FM Radio Interference never mind wiping the CB Radio out something terrible.
Otherwise id use nowt else for the value for money.
Nordic's nothing at all & they are a better product in many ways.

Don't have a cb and I'm nearly always listening to iPhone and pretty much 100% do when it's dark.

Is there a way to stop the interference? Put all leds on the 6506 here and didn't buy the cheap ones, changed the top line ones to led to. So they might be the problem but is there such a thing as a suppressor to fit somewhere?
