had an issue with the above today, powered up and comes to map/saved map screen and wont go any further as the map icon stays grey, satellite symbol is showing in top left corner but thats as far as it goes. receiver shows red battery light illuminated on cab so presuming its a battery issue but plug into ciggy lighter is showing as working.
any pointers appreciated

Mine played up couple of weeks ago, only red light, occasional amber, but no green.
Used it since and been fine.
I put it down to weather/coverage problems.
Assuming you will have had upgrade patch to overcome loss of whichever satellite a couple of years ago?

Never had an upgrade patch and wouldn't know where to start looking to access one.
Will see if it's working this morning
