Knock the roll pin out at the top of the rotor
Knock the roll pin out. Drop the rotor down so it's no longer in mesh. Push back up in time and out roll pin on.
Just be aware though that tedders don't go out of time for no reason. Most likely a bearing going somewhere
You'll have to strip it down, it's out of timing , at best .Big lump of grass went through a couple of years ago and when you are in heavy crops the tines are hitting the next reel Is this the roll pin underneath the disc?

You can't do the middle rotas without taking the outside rotas off first , start from the end and work in ,They all have a similar gearbox, there seems to be 6 Allen key studs on top of each gearbox holding the reel up
