Knock the roll pin out. Drop the rotor down so it's no longer in mesh. Push back up in time and out roll pin on.

Just be aware though that tedders don't go out of time for no reason. Most likely a bearing going somewhere

Big lump of grass went through a couple of years ago and when you are in heavy crops the tines are hitting the next reel Is this the roll pin underneath the disc?
