Father in law has very kindly donated a 4 meter combination power harrow and drill to my 18 year olds fledgling contracting business , Every thing works fine apart from the screen/ electrics that control the tramlineing anyone know A) who could repair or B) a company that would sell me one or C) anyone got one that we could buy of you.
This drill is about 20 years old but been stored inside and looked after and is in very good condition apart from the control screen any one help many thanks.

RM Dove farm machinery would be worth a try. They are powerharrow breakers, secondhand dealers and farmers. On his YouTube channel they seem to run a couple of lely combinations themselves so could well have a stock of parts

Andy guest will be able to sort you out and is a very helpful chap with anything to do with accord/anything that uses accord parts.
I did just last week have his last 2nd hand fgs box but he may have more in now or either him or Spalding's do a generic replacement control box so that is an option.

Our polymat had a lely control box rather than an fgs. Not seen it elsewhere but had fan speed sensor and marker override button for getting round poles etc. so maybe a specialist box don't know if A G would have one but worth a phonecall.

Picture?

If its like old poly mat we had ,
brain for them is encased in resin ,cannot getbinto them ,
tim smith is your man ,
he actually has a brand new poly mat drill in his shed ,
if its a tidy drill maybe better converting it to artimas lite , rds ,

How do people rate Lely Polymat combis? Come across a couple 3m ones advertised, look in reasonable condition, and asking a fair bit less than a lot of the Kuhn-Accords and other makes you see. Are they a fairly robust set-up? Any reason used ones seem to be relatively cheap compared to others?

We use a tulip teagle one which is the newer version. Cannot fault it at all. Lightweight and simple. Work's as well as ones twice the price.

We had a polymat combo, the drill had wheels was quite heavy, three row stagger though.
There are different strengths of power harrow ours was a 55 series heavy duty and lasted a lot longer than a kuhn 3001 doing the same acres, avoid the lighter 33 series if you can.
Only thing I would say is that forward speed might be an issue compared to modern power harrows. This may sound strange but we found the lely started to bounce and work at different depths leaving a wavy seedbed when forward speed increased.

a kuhn can bounce in some conditions!
