only happens on ours when the plough isn't lifted high enough to clear the ground when turning over.
If you keep mending it, the chain may be too short. We ended up buying a genuine replacement and not been a problem since.
Yes ours does tooAlso the land wheel seems to run at a fair slant
Ours does that as wellHi, I'm just getting use to running a lemken variopal (second hand) I'm having trouble when I lower it into ground the wheel doesn't always catch correctly and the back end sinks down. Have to lift it out and drop it down and try again . Does it 50% of the time! Anyone know whats up with it ?
We welded a bit on the end to stop it sliding past, they will wear over timeHi, I'm just getting use to running a lemken variopal (second hand) I'm having trouble when I lower it into ground the wheel doesn't always catch correctly and the back end sinks down. Drop it nice and gently. The michanic advised to bang it down. We don't drop anything with a bangAnd how hard do you let plough down , going into work , try it gentler ,
There’s a grease nipple on the wheel turn over assembly on I think the shaft next to the beam which the chain hooks onto. (Been a few years since I used one so can’t remember exactly) Keep this greased. Needed a pump a couple of times a day and problem solved.Hi, I'm just getting use to running a lemken variopal (second hand) I'm having trouble when I lower it into ground the wheel doesn't always catch correctly and the back end sinks down. Thank you for your advice. It has worked better this afternoon with a bit extra grease.Ours does that as well
If you look at the link while you flip the plough over watch the shackle is travelling to the top of the link if it doesn’t the depth wheel won’t be in the right place and will slip past
This will sound a bit “heath” but if you smear a little dollop of grease on the link it certainly helps a lot the shackle doesn’t stick after that
Make sure the land wheel pivot bush is not worn, that will make the wheel run out of line and miss the depth stop. Also the land wheel seems to run at a fair slant

Also watch there isn’t a rough bit on the link or shackle that will catch on each other you would think with the weight of the wheel that it has to drop to the right place but sometimes it doesn’t
