Could be anything I'm afraid. As she's got lambs at foot it would be worth you giving her something. Penicillin, alamycin, calcium and mag would cover quite a few possibilities! At least when she does drop dead you can console yourself with the knowledge that you did try!

Don't give penicillin and alamycin together, they stop each other working.

Just had another thought, look out for signs of listeria. She might start walking stiffly or look up towards the sky. Could be a risk if it's a bit muddy.
