got a lexion 570, having a problem tonight with reel height drooping on one side enough to catch knife a break a section a few times. Tried learning end stops but no different. When you lift it right up, it sorts itself out for a while.

Had this problem on my deutz a couple of years ago. If it the same the left ram is double acting, as it goes up it push oil out of the top of ram across to the right one which is single acting. When left ram is fully open it should pressurized both. It the seal in the left side which is leaking. Hope this makes sense

Are you pulling it right in before lifting it right up we've had an issue before with it going off level and you need to pull it right back in and either lift it right up or let it right down to even it up again one ram is different to the other but I can't remember which way it is and wont sort itself until it's in the correct position

Had another think and I think I'm wrong I think you need to pull the knife right back in push the reel right out then right down I'm sure the last time we had bother was in rape and couldn't square it up with the extensions in . It's 4 years since I've driven ours but I think that's right .

I'm sure oil only goes to 1 ram and the other is fed from the other side of it in a sealed circuit but when you get it right to the bottom of it's stroke theres a value that is exposed to even the amount of oil up but unless the reel is as far out as possible and the knife back in the electric sensor wont let it go right down

If it’s air read the manual and it will tell you to lift reel right up and keep pressing button I believe for 20 seconds and then lower and do the same, that will bleed any air out.
Our Tucano’s reel keeps getting 2 or 3ins higher on the LH side, I keep bleeding it as above but that only works for a short while!
Was told this week that reasealing the ram probably won’t cure it and you cannot now do anything with the valve in the ram!
Only cure is a new ram.
