Lexion Unloading Auger

Can anyone tell me the respective diameters of their Lexion unloading auger tubes?

Are 500’s, 600’s, 700’s all the same diameter? I would think the later top models are larger? Later style Tucano’s as well if anyone’s got one and a tape handy?

I’m after a Lexion unloading auger spout for my axial flow to give it a bit more throw so trailer runs off the straw swath. Claas parts online shows the various spouts but doesn’t have dimensions. Axial flow tube is 12” so anything near 300mm?

Would it not be easier to find an auger which is loger for your current machine. Most combines do have different lengths for different beds
I’m presuming a plastic spout will be cheaper than an auger extension or full auger change.. although I haven’t priced one up off claas yet :cautious:

Why not fit the electric end spout that is fitted to most new case combines. You can then adjust the drop point on the move.
The kit is £1100 or twice that parted out separately.. and you need to drill and wire in relays etc.. and there’s no where on the old axial flow joystick for it. And I think the new axial flows have a 425mm tube as opposed to 300 mm on my 23.. so they’d be quite a lot of slop around the spout ..

Only asking for Lexion as I think they have the smaller diameter tubes? That would fit snug. And they do the extended plastic spout end which on a previous thread is possibly circa £200....

The older Lexions had a shallow angle end which gave a fair bit of throw. It helped flow rates by not restricting the change of direction either. You could change the tube auger sprocket for a faster one to make the most of the extra travel. It will catch a few novice cart drivers out!

That’s what I’m after in bottom picture if it’s a 300mm tube which I think it may well be. My rubber spout is ready for replacing so thought I’d try and fix straw swath at same time.. just could do with knowing size before ordering one ..
