Sooooooo
We ordered some sexed semen from them in late January. We were informed it might not be available fair enough. We were asked to supply a substitute which we did. So last week we were informed that the original bull was not available and oh by the way neither is your substitute because we sold it to somebody else.

Suggestions on how I should approach the situation please.

Tell them your business is going else where, other firms offer similar Breeding lines.

Go for some Irish cogent grazing semen and when you've got it confirmed cancel all this year's LIC.
Have a word with @farmer on a bike . I know he's using it on autumn's not sure about springs.

When you start serving? I Had a funny call last week asking when I needed it, said mid April so I could get it tested before service. He said may have trouble getting by then but would try his best. 🤔

Thats such a shame to hear, iv had nothing but great service over the years.
Out of intrest did you buy through an agent or directly via LIC?

Exactly we would be 20 yrs using their semen. It’s no accident we have the milk solids and percentages we do. I would be loathed not to use them in the future. It was bought via an agent. Though i personally received a confirmation text from them. And have subsequently seen the confirmation emails sent to my agent.
