linseed oil down the back or so they say but I have not tried it
My experience with spot-on, has taught me that you might as well grow a pound per animal in the bin and spray the cattle with water.

When are they going for slaughter.
I would say the same with spot on but I think dysect is better, maybe because it goes right alone the back

Didn't pig farmers usea a weak washing up liquid solution poured on the pigs back for lice? Probably cost a fortune for cattle.
Pigs are a bit balder though, I am not sure that it works tbh.

I will be using the pour on wormer - but 28 days withdrawal and I wouldn't send any from a pen where I had used it even if they actually hadn't had the pour on themselves - potential to sort out worst and treat in another pen?

+1 for using a pour on wormer, seems to be the only one off treatment.

Spot on, Dysect, Swish all seem to need a follow up treatment a couple of weeks later due to them only killing what's there on the day and done cover the period after eggs that are already laid will hatch.
Every animal in the shed and preferably on the farm is best done on the same days if you are to have any chance with any if these inferior products.
