Lidl & 'Delivered Duty Paid' clause

I’m fighting for that outcome. To avoid a hard Brexit that everyone with a brain cell knows will be devastating and damaging for the economy and everyone working within it. What are you doing? Rolling over a barrel and willing to be shafted with no resistance given by the sound of it.
Well if no deal Brexit would devastate the economy,( it may or may not) letting Corbyn in would absolutely destroy it without any doubt but some would be happy with that.
If we are going to be shafted we will whether we resist it or not, absolutely no way have we any influence on what happens now, that's why I say chill a little.
I have family experience of the affects of stress, and try to avoid it.

Brexit aside, the one certainty in life is, the BBC are lying
Out of interest, and I hold no brief for the BEEB, but I happened for my sins to end up on news at 10 , back in April ,if you saw it I was the peasant out in a field with ewes and lambs, saying my cheque book was shut, now they filmed us for maybe 3 hrs , and obviously cut a big chunk out to give me my 10 seconds of fame, what I will say in their defence is that the fundamental message wasn't adulterated in any way, I said tariffs would kill me off, and that's what they reported.

That's great, it is the overall picture that concerns me. Statements such as "setting the news agenda" "leading the narrative" are refreshingly honest really.

Only because what you said agreed with their own desired agenda....

Oh ye of little faith, they were doing a series, every night, how a hard Brexit with tariffs on exports would effect different business's, maybe this doesn't fit in with your narrative therefore you must rubbish anyone who disagrees with your desired agenda?;)

:banghead:?That would be completely irrelevant to the greater agricultural issue. Or do you expect the whole industry to start home slaughtering and sending out meat in boxes? ?
Your posts are getting more ridiculous as the days go by. Maybe take a step back to engage brain before replying. Apologies if you already have.

Ever heard of housing benefit ,taxcredits and council tax allowance - the whole set up is a house of cards
ps there is a massive building program . But people can only give what they can afford , see what happens if they raise interest rates

Housing benefits goto the landlord of which many MP are landlords
Tax credits go towards allowing a company NOT to pay a living wage and make bigger profits of which many (ex)MP are on the the boards of said company

and while there may be a "massive" building program it not massive enough. the government own figures show that just to keep up with england they need to build between 250,000 and 350,000 new builds. they are currently doing just over 200,000, and the rate that they are building isn't even back to pre-crash figure. and yes people can only give what they can afford, alass many have over extend and if/when the interest rate raises will find themselves in trouble. of the 200,000 house build just under 20% were in the "affordable home" bracket hence why so many people have to rent or live with their parents till well in to their 30's.
The Uk need to see major reforms to the laws governing rented and leased housing to make it fair and more stable for all

Stop trolling after me you nutter. It is you who needs to lay off the reply button I would suggest. Who the fudge suggested the entire industry should be sending out meat boxes? You need to take English night school lessons or something.

And how will they be able to do that with all the city and old money pouring into real estate ?
As I said it's a house of cards- take away the benefit schemes and what will happen ?
