Then of course there is the argument between rubber and silicon

Used silicon on the robots and rubber on the rotary. Which is best? f**k knows

So liners haven’t changed at all? On this basis I would start to suspect overall vacuum or perhaps consider at which part of the milking the slips are happening, are you getting a more efficient milking but too much of a delay on the new ACRs. Best thing is to get a dynamic test done which should tell you when and why the slips are happening. All other things being equal, increasing loner bore size in relation to mouthpiece size will reduce slips but increase test congestion

I’ve only been using them coming up a year so on my second set but very happy so far
Even after I change them they still look good. I could perhaps push them a bit further but it's not worth it. One case of mastitis would buy a lot of liners.
No doubt sometime they will be forgotten about when it's busy and then I'll find out.

TBF changing one set isn’t to bad, changing 24 sets in the parlour is not a job I look forward to

Are they made by milkrite. I know Avon made them year back. Alot cheaper than the branded de laval
Is milkrite not just a rebranding of Avon?
I find the boumatic liners don't last as long as they used to, the compound is supposed to have been changed for "environmental " reasons.
Edit: a check on the website still shows 2500 milkings.
