There used to be a thread with different recipes for making liquid fert, does anybody have a link, I can't find it, if my urea turns up in time I want to do a protein spray.

If I were to mix a bit of n20 at this time of year how long would it take being cold?
need to spread about 6 tonne. ( spreader broken down so thinking of having a go to finish)
Any tips for doing it? I have a yara 8m3 fibreglass tank and Honda pump. And an old open top metal water tank about 5m3 as an alternative.
cheers

Depending on where the system is situated (in a sunny warm spot or a cold dark shed) anywhere from maybe 16 hr to 2 days at this time of year.
eg, it’s taking me around 24hr to make a urea / AS mix at the moment.
Are you constantly circulating water too?
