Livestock eye power adaptor?

Hi, I have a livestock eye dome camera that’s works via 4G and old tractor batteries. Looking to use it in the calving shed and would prefer to have it running from the mains. I’ve tried a couple of of adaptors we’ve kicking about but nothing seems to have the correct power to make a connection to iPad although the camera will do its startup/datum reference routine. On the livestock eye website they don’t give the exact spec of the adaptor they offer, not sure on what their price is and keen to get going. Does anyone have an idea on the adapter needed?

Livestock Eye will only be sticking their label on a (likely Chinese) camera. Is there a manufacturers make & model number on it, so you can look on other suppliers’ websites?

If it’s powering up ok, could the issue be something other than camera power supply?

That would be my bet. Try and different tablet/ device as a first step. Make sure the camera has data signal/ sim credit too.

Ultimately the power adaptor has a polarity, a voltage and a current. The fact is booting up suggests they’re all close enough to what it needs.

From the website, I’d say it’s an SV3C camera of sorts. The Wifi one is definitely. Widely available on Amazon and other places.

Deal: 【20X Zoom】 SV3C PTZ Security Camera Outdoor, 1080P Pan/Tilt /20X Optical Zoom WiFi CCTV Outdoor Dome IP Camera, 196ft Night Vision Camera, IP66 Waterproof Camera with Audio, Support Max 128G SD Card https://smile.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07Z8ZM34C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_1DVXQGH36YC859AZAGP7

Thanks both, have a battery on charge atm so plan it to try and prove the unit with that firstly. Waiting for livestock eye to give me a shout regarding adaptor. Yes just generic camera they’ve put a sticker on so thought I might have suitable mains adapter kicking about already.

Update - livestock eye are sending out a 3pin mains adaptor to get me going. Now fingers crossed I’ve not fried anything with the potshot tries with various adaptors I had laying about 🤦‍♂️
