Livestock grazing days

Please can anyone tell me how to calculate livestock grazing days:

"Cattle will be the main grazing species from 1 April to 31 October. They will

comprise at least 60% of the livestock unit grazing days on the parcel"

This is for HLS with ponies, cattle and sheep grazing, all per stocking calendar

See link for table of livestock units http://adlib.everysite.co.uk/adlib/defra/content.aspx?id=000IL3890W.198AWLDOHJ69F3

self explanatory from there:
10 dairy cows grazing = 10 LU's = 10 "LU days" per day.
100 upland ewes gracing = 11LU's = 11"LU days" per day.
