Livestock Handling Facilities Grant LV2

Hi all

Need some grant advice, Natural England and Rural Payments Agency don’t seem to be able to help!

Im wanting to claim for some cattle handling equipment on the LV2 grant. Does second hand equipment qualify or only brand new equipment?

Rang the RPA again and it was a different person who answered - they’ve now said they think second hand equipment is eligible! More confused than when I started now.
