We have a 2008 531-70 (construction spec).
it seems to develop a weird fault when a quite warmed up after maybe 20 minutes moderate work with lots of forward reverse moves. The symptoms are as follows:-

In forward foot on brake reverse buzzers on quitely and left indicator on dim as well then jolts forward like its stuck in both-between forward and reverse gears

Still moving in reverse even when in neutral position.

When in neutral or forward but foot on brake pedal reverse buzzer comes on quietly.

Any help much appreciated

Did you need buzzer?? if no easy fix just cut wires to bazzer. If you need and can not find problem, make new wires to buzzer and take power from FNR lever or reverse solenoid (needs to check on schematic how many revers solenoid have). If its goes revers when in neutral try to disconnect all solenoid or one big plug on front transmission under the chassis and look if she still want to drive back. If she wants then you have fault with clutch pack or solenoid is open all the time. If she not drive then mean you have some power to solenoid and its lets oil to engage clutch pack

We think we’ve sorted the problem. The brake pedal has always vibrated a little especially when driving at speed/over rough ground, possibly a worn/snapped return spring? After disconnecting the brake pedal proximity switch the problem has totally disappeared and the forward/reverse gear change is even smoother than its ever been.
