Loadall/FLT training ?

Have a friend who is possibly going to be made redundant in next couple of weeks due to covid 19. Fully certified EITB trainer. He is considering going on his own doing training on FLT,loadalls,RTFL etc. A lot of his work will come from industry on smaller kit such as counterbalance and reach trucks but would also like to get into the agricultural side as well. Would there be any scope in the agriculture sector for loadall/pivot steer training, bigger farms obviously have to satisfy health and safety/insurance with trained operators. How often do employers refresh their staff and what sort of costs for training do they class as reasonable ? Any feedback greatly appreciated.
