Most of them will only be used with a dim light so, in effect, the truck has twin banks of nothing more than sidelights. They will work on main beam too, but they won’t be used as twin banks of dipped headlights at the same time as dipped headlights.

Tell me about all the lights I see used in the UK. Is that legal on the highway? Or where are they used? Are there multiple switches to turn them on?
That truck's actually French

In the UK you can have small marker lights around the cab quite legally except red ones forward facing (I don't agree with blue in any circumstances myself as it's our emergency responding colour)

The spots behind the grille and at the top of the cab can be linked to main beam but must be isolated when the vehicle is on dipped headlights and only those lit
