The T cab is operating under STGO and the trailer, the load he has on in the photo can be carried on a C&U/AW vehicle, so has to be.I'm no expert but I believe that relatively recent rule changes removed the indivisible load rule if the entire load is collected from one site and all dropped at another. So if the trailer is type approved, you can get enough axles under it and get a permit you could pick up say 2 shovels totalling 35t from one place and take them both to another place.
