As I posted in another thread, watching one of those cop shows last week, and a couple of officers arrested a suspect at 7am. All over by 7.20am, except they had another 12 hours of paper work to fill in. Yes, 12 hours. No wonder they ain't keen to make arrests, and solve crime.
