I think that will be the same as a champion 7 or 8 com, I may know of one of those, whats it for?

This...a Barford Atom.. plug has a centre core with three connecting spark bits [technical jargon;) ] looks like a clover leaf

Unusual for the spark plug to give up?
Have you a spark with another?

Soak it in petrol if its still working and clean with a wire brush.
Though you probably would like a spare if its anything like our stuff all running rich, plug always black.

That looks a proper white knuckle machine ...........

Errr, dont use a wire brush, you get a thin deposit of metal on the ceramic, and that will kill a serviceable plug. Thats why plug cleaner and testing machines sand blast plugs.

Thanks for the replies folks... Ah... Ley253, i did give it a good old shine with the wire brush and that could go some way to explaining the lack of spark. cheers for that

Got a smile from that reply ...........

But I don't think the wire brush will kill it straight away?
Double check you a spark the other side of the plug?

Might be safer the way it is ...........
