Looking for a building to rent in Basingstoke Area

Good morning,

My name is Ian Stanford and i'm a trustee for the Basingstoke Wolverines Allstar Cheer Squad charity in Basingstoke.

We are outgrowing our training facility in Basingstoke and we are looking at alternative buildings / premises etc that we could look at renting long term.

We have recently held a Trustee meeting and part of that was to review our progress regarding acquiring our own facilities. Our financial and fundraising report was stronger than we expected which means we are likely to be in a position to move within the next 3 to 4 months. If we can find a sponsor then this timeline may decrease further. As you can see we are ready to start the search.

Our requirements are as follows:
  1. A building of approximately 2,500 to 3,500sqft. in the Basingstoke area
  2. A clear area for the sprung floor of at least 13m x 15m (this just sits on top of an exisitng floor, no modifications needed)
  3. The unit should have a minimum ceiling of 5m in the area envisaged for the sprung floor
  4. Must have at least one unisex toilet (arrangements can be made for portaloo if needed)
  5. Car parking for 6 or more cars with the potential for access up to 21:000hrs including weekends
We appreciate that we may need to be creative and flexible as there are no purpose built Cheerleading academies

If you have or know of anyone in the Basingstoke and surrounding area that could help us out it would be much appreciated.

Please contact me on 07973 794717 or email [email protected].

Thank you
