Looking to rent a half allotment plot of land (125sq mtr) in the Leeds LS16 area preferably or around the Bramhope / Otley area. Will be used for growing vegetables and possibly a few chickens to be free to roam upon the allotment. Any land would be suitable. Would be willing to fence of the area if you desired and assist in general maintenance of the area/field in which the allotment is.
Would need to place a small shed for storage of tools and a water butt. Shed would be under 2.5m high and free standing so is in line with agricultural land regs. Willing to pay more than LCC allotment rates. Tired of been on the waiting lists.
About me, i'm a nonpracticing Reverend and went to horticultural college at Askham Bryan. I'm in my late 40's and in a apartment and just need to grow own food and do that which I love and garden. I hope that one of you is able to assist.
