Situation Vacant Looking for JOB ADVICE AND TIPS for becoming a Estate gardener

Hi there I'm looking for advice and tips of what tickets knowledge etc I should get for becoming a Estate gardener?

Iam a apprentice at a local council studying horticulture at college also. I'm aware spraying and chainsaw is good tickets to have, but if you can offer any other feedback etc that be great thank you.
