Looking for land in North Devon

Hi, im new to the forum but was hoping that someone would be able to give me some information on land to rent or for sale in North Devon.

Im initally looking for 5-10 acres and the land will have two purposes. Firstly it will be for storage of raw timber for a cabin building business so ideal if it has an outhouse or building. And the second will be a small scale organic farming inclduing a safron crop.

I look forward to hearing from anyone who has any information in the area, im curently looking around Barnstaple and Ilfricome.

My wife has 5.5 acres of land in Umberleigh that her and my brother in law inherited from there late father who passed away last year..they have just sent £5000 having professional cleaned as it was very overgrown and in need of a clean up which is not complete. There are a couple of iso containers on the land and a shed which has bits and pieces in from when her father had it. We currently live in Suffolk and are looking to rent it out.
