Looking for Metal Detecting Permission - North West (Bury) +30 miles

Hello all

I am looking for new permissions in the local area. I am based around Bury and Preston and would travel to surrounding areas (Blackburn, Lancaster, Pendle, Clitheroe etc) for permission on land.

As always, any significant finds would be split with the landowner, with exception of anything classed as 'treasure' which would be disclosed with the local FLO. I have one permission and found a gold wedding band a few months ago - this sold for £400 and the money was split with the landowner. I also cut the hedges around the farmhouse for the landowner, which saved him a few hundred pounds getting a professional in.

I am more than willing to provide services in return for permission, such as help with labour and pest control if needed. I am a horticultural student and have experience working in outdoor environments.
