Looking for office/storage/yard area in Pembrokeshire

I represent an environmental spill response company, and we are looking to set up a base around the Haverfordwest or Narbeth areas.

I am looking for someone who either has an existing set up, or the space to create one. Our existing bases have a mix of office space, undercover storage, and yard areas. We would be looking for a similar set up in Pembrokeshire. We are flexible with arrangements, and are happy to consider most options, from a bare yard area to purpose built offices. Rental rates would be on a case by case basis, and we would take on responsibility for paying any applicable business rates.

We conduct a lot of work with the farming community, and as such we are sensitive to the various needs of farmers/land owners.
