Looking for old farm buildings for storage use

Hey guys I currently rent a few old grainstores and outbuildings that I use for storage and wanted to see if anyone had any available units 5500sqft up to 20000sqft that are currently not making them any income. Thanks guys first time posting so any feedback would be great as I have been advised to deal with property owners direct instead of through a real estate as it saves costs for both parties.

Storage crates 25cbft containing items from our removal clients this can range from small business owners that need some extra storage for stock to personal items being I.e. furniture that is being stored for a period of time ranging from 2 months up to a year predominantly. Also anything in Berkshire will be of interest also. Cheers

As you may already realise you are looking for a needle in a field of haystacks.

I’m in Oxfordshire and get a call about twice a week from folk asking for storage space. Whilst I do let some space I have no idea how they get my number! There is no where near enough to go around and hardly any more coming on line.

I have some news ones ready to build and a few more conversions in pipeline. What sort of rents are you expecting to pay?

Farmers are a tricky bunch who value their privacy.

Agents don’t cost a lot but granted they have an easy ish job round here, takes just a few days to let one though
