Looking for permission to metal detect in County Durham

Hello.
I'm looking to see if anyone would be kind enough to allow myself, my 7 year old daughter and my father access to their farmland to metal detect.
We live in spennymoor and are very keen on local history so anywhere in county Durham would be fantastic.
We are members of the national council of metal detecting, fully insured and would always be respectful of property, backfilling holes and removing any rubbish found. We would also show anything found to the land owner and report anything of regional interest to the finds liaison officer.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.
